Backup Agents will not install/upgrade remotely or be detected after manually installing them
Description

After upgrading RMAD, the agents will not install/upgrade on the remote DCs. Local installation is successful, but still cannot connect the agents to the RMAD console.
Cause

Cannot add installed/upgraded Backup Agents to RMAD console. Backup Agent status shows "Inaccessiblle".
Resolution

1) Remove the conflicting Backup Agents.

2) Install the backup agent through the console or manually on the DCs.

3) Right click the Backup Agent Management node on the RMAD console and select "Discover all Backup Agent instances".

4) If the desired Backup Agent instances do not appear, restart the "Quest Backup Agent" service on the DCs and retry step 3.
