Unable to drag saved queries from the editor to a project
Description
Toad For Oracle 12.7 used to allow the user to add a saved query to a project, just by dragging the saved query tag from the editor's tags to the project name in the list of projects of the project manager.

STATUS
Waiting for fix in a future release of Toad for Oracle that allows it again.
