Spotlight 11.7.1 allows to exclude Spotlight sessions from Wait Events and Workload Analysis drilldown. Latest version of Spotlight can be downloaded from here.
By default this setting is enabled for all connections in 11.7.1. Follow these steps to view or change this setting:
1. From connection tree of Spotlight, right-click on connection name and select Properties
2. Under Details tab, disable/enable 'Exclude Spotlight sessions from Wait Events' and Workload Analysis' option
Note: The reasoning for this setting is: a) Performance of Spotlight scripts cannot be improved b) Spotlight sessions are cluttering these drilldowns.
