Reverse Engineer using Universal DB with Attunity ODBC does not migrate Primary Keys of tables.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
Issue fixed in the Beta release of Toad Data Modeler available at:

STATUS:
Waiting for fix to be released in a future version of Toad Data Modeler.
