Services stuck on Querying. (4220929)

Under Server Manager | Service Management in the Desktop Authority; all or some of the domain controllers's services show as Querying.

Error logged in the SMWinService log file:

ERROR [12] LogInstance : UpdateServerStatus(...) - error
System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access is denied.

Try to access the Domain Controller from the Desktop Authority server using the Computer Management Console "Connect to another computer" and access Services on that machine.

If there is an issue completing this task, Desktop Authority will also have an issue connecting to the remote services. Troubleshoot the issue with remotely accessing the Domain Controller's Services.
