Backup WIzard names scheduled job differently than MP jobs (4220582)

Job name be created via user entry when scheduling backup to run in Backup Database Wizard. Job name when created automatically by Backup Wizard is confusing but when created in Job Manager, user can name the job.

When created via scheduled Backup Wizard, the job is @job_name = N'LiteSpeed Backup (serverinstance.databasename)

When created via Job Manager, the job is named by the user

The job_name is confusing for user to find the job later in either SLS Job Manager or SQL Server Agent Jobs. Customer requests that the job be named from one of the user entry fields, such as the Backup Name or Description (or even the Schedule name), so that end result is similar to Job Manager
