Cause
Inadequate domain/server permissions for Maintenance Plan/Job owner. This Job may have been created by a user, from their console and that user shows as the owner, but does not have permission on the domain/server where the job runs

Resolution
WORKAROUND:
Access the Maintenance Plan/Job and edit the name of the owner to a user with correct permissions. Or, create the job when remoted to the server itself. -
