CA does not collect the LastLogon attribute by default, as it causes a lot of traffic and could cause excessive database growth. CA can be configured to audit this attribute, but it cannot be added to the report columns.
The Logon Session Start value provided when licensed for the Logon Activity provides the same information. This data can be added to reports by selecting the Layout tab on the Search and selecting "Logon Session Start" from the Unselected Columns.
