Description
The Domain Summary report (or any report that shows AD object counts) shows 0 for all object counts -
Cause
Discovery is not configured to collect object counts -
Resolution
By default the AD Discovery is configured to not collect object counts (Users, Groups, Computers, Contacts and OUs) as collecting this data increases the discovery time. To enable this option:
- Open the Configuration Manager
- Click Manage Discoveries
- Right click the AD Discovery and click Edit
- Select the Scopes tab
- Uncheck 'Do not collect object counts
- Run the AD discovery to collect the new data
