Can an AD Protection Template be configured to allow changes only from specific Domain Controllers
Description

Would like to configure an AD Protection Template so that only specific accounts can makes changes and only from specific Domain Controllers.
Cause

The current options in the Protection Template Wizard does not allow you to specify the protection to be enforced on all DCs, except for specific users making changes on approved DCs.
