Can a subscription be created to automatically deliver a daily report showing BlackBerry Users that have been Inactive for x days?
The BlackBerry Inactive Users data source does not have a filter for inactive for x days
WORKAROUND:
None. Because the BlackBerry Inactive Users data source does not have a filter to show users that have been inactive for x days, it is not possible to create a report that can be used to be delivered daily by a subscription. The BlackBerry Inactive Users data source can be filtered to show users that have been inactive since a specific date (for eg, a date that is 30 days ago) but this would not work for a report that is sent daily via subscription as the report filter would need to be modified each day to increment the date so the report would still return the correct data (for eg. users that have been inactive for 30 days).
