Can MessageStats show all mailboxes that do not have Online Archiving enabled?

MessageStats does not have a report field to show if a mailbox does not have Online Archiving enabled.

WORKAROUND:

Modify the Primary Mailboxes Inventory report to return only mailboxes that have an empty Archive Display Name:

1. Open MessageStats Reports
2. Expand Inventory | Mailboxes
3. Select the Primary Mailboxes report
4. Enter any filters you wish and click Apply Filters
5. After the report is generated, right click Dispaly Name in the blue header and select Insert Field
6. Select the Archive Display Name field and click OK
7. Locate the quick filters at the bottom of the page
8. Click the drop down box that currently shows "<none>" and select Archive Display Name
9. Click the second drop down box and select "is NULL"
10. Click the check mark to apply the quick filter and return only the mailboxes that have an empty Archive Display Name
