Support of SQL Server 2017 Analysis Services connections.
Description

Attempting to connect to SQL Server 2017 Analysis Service gives the following error:
"SQL Server version 14.0.1.439 is not supported. Some collections may fail because Spotlight has not been tested against this version yet"
Connections to SQL Server 2017 instances work.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
Spotlight currently supports 2017 Analysis Services connections. Installing this patch can resolve this issue automatically:

After installing, the server where SQL Server 2017 installed needs to be restarted.
Note after patch is applied one may still see the alarm “Monitored Server - Analysis Services Unsupported Version” in Spotlight 12.1. This alarm can be suppressed as all features in SQL Analysis Service 2017 work properly in Spotlight.
STATUS:
Enhancement request SES-162 has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise. This enhancement is to correct error message.
