Description
Trying to install RMAD fails with the error:
"Service Quest Recovery Manager Portal Access (RecoveryMgrPortalAccess) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services"

Resolution
Run the installer using elevated credentials. Ensure that you have the latest .NET updates applied. Also ensure that you have at least Powershell 3.0 installed. -
