User diagnosing reported Deadlocks from Spotlight Home page. When Diagnose option is selected, Spotlight shows the following error:
"An unexpected problem has occurred
List index out of bounds (-1)"
WORKAROUND:
User the Show Details option:
From the Home page of Spotlight right-click on ‘Blocked Processes’, select ‘Show Details’ option and select ‘Deadlock’s option.
STATUS:
Issue fixed in the current release of Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise. Latest version of Spotlight can be downloaded from here.
