Archive Manager PST Importer displays the error message: "The specified module could not be found
Description

When running the Archive Manager PST Importer, the following error is displayed:
Error message:
The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)
Cause

The "C:\Program Files\Quest Software\ArchiveManager\MSVCR71.dll" and "C:\Program Files\Quest Software\ArchiveManager\MSVCP71.DLL" are missing from the "C:\Program Files\Quest Software\ArchiveManager\Archive Manager PST Importer" directory.
Resolution

Copy files "C:\Program Files\Quest Software\ArchiveManager\MSVCR71.dll" and "C:\Program Files\Quest Software\ArchiveManager\MSVCP71.DLL" from the Archive Manager server to "C:\Program Files\Quest Software\ArchiveManager\Archive Manager PST Importer" on the Windows machine, close and open Archive Manager PST Importer and try again.
Note: For all 64 bit servers, replace Program Files with Program Files (x86)
