Only the IIS Web Sites task run while running the Windows Mobile Default gathering or the IIS Log Files gathering and the IIS Web Sites task fails with the following errors:
"The following error occurred during the processing of a given gathering: Retrieving the COM class factory for remote component with CLSID {137DDFD1-D638-4C08-9EF1-5EF87235DF6C} from machine failed due to the following error: 80040154"
And
"The following error occurred in trying to execute a given task: Quest.MessageStats.Runtime.MessageStatsException: Error in report pack data source execute ---> System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80040154): Retrieving the COM class factory for remote component with CLSID {137DDFD1-D638-4C08-9EF1-5EF87235DF6C} from machine failed due to the following error: 80040154.

This can occur when components do not get properly registered after installing MessageStats
Uninstall and reinstall MessageStats and the Windows Mobile and OWA Report Packs.
