Publications are not becoming available to subscribe to on either the Branch or HQ sides. -
Description
When new "Publications" are created they are not becoming available to subscribe to on either the Branch or HQ sides.
You may also getting the following error message in the ACSAlerts.log file:
![2008/01/18 11:30:21.986] (3) Warning :<SMTP Transport> (31855) Invalid messages were received from these addresses: someuser@somedomain.com - 1 message(s). -
Cause
This is because UUEncode encoding with BinHex option in Internet Messages Formats settings are selected on Exchange Servers on both sides, instead of default MIME encoding.

Resolution
To resolve this issue perform the following
1. Open the Exchange System Manager | Expand Global Settings | Select Internet Message Format | Right click on "default"
2. Select properties | Select Message Format tab | And change message encoding to MIME "Both" | save changes.
Repeat same steps on other side on Exchange server.
