When running Quest Script Runner (QSR) / Toad Script Runner (TSR), getting the error:

RESOLUTION 1:
Install a compatible Oracle client on the machine you are running Toad on. If you would like to check the release notes to see which Oracle clients are compatible, you can find the release notes here.

Note:
Toad for Oracle 32-bit can only use a 32-bit Oracle client to connect with.
