Internal: LTC - Long Term Checkout Configuration (4218745)

When the user advises they have received the following error it requires us to enable the functionality:

"SOAP RPC Function not allowed"

 Code: -4220, Status: 1

Steps:

Go to Nalpeiron -> Server Functions tab -> Edit

Below are the specifications:

Parameters: 7 (days)

And check off 'Enabled'

Select 'OK' and 'Save' ( otherwise, the changes will not be saved)

If you go back to the Server Function tab you will be able to see the following:

• Which computer ID is using the LTC.
• Request: The number of days they checked out the license for ( limit is 7).
• Result: When the LTC will be returned if the user does not return it before the selected date.
• Date (CST): When the user checked out the LTC.
