When appointments are migrated, the Accepted Appointment Status does not seem to migrate.
Accepted Appointment Status: The attendees' accepted state of an appointment is not retained.
This is a known issue as described in the "Known Limitations of the Migration Process" of the Quest GroupWise Migrator for Exchange PreMigration Planning Guide.
