When trying to access the Knowledge Portal web site the following error is received:
"Please install one or more report packs to start working with Knowledge Portal."
There are no InTrust Report Packs installed to SQL Reporting Services where Knowledge Portal is configured
Install an InTrust Report Pack to SQL Reporting Services where Knowledge Portal is configured. For more information on how to deploy Knowledge Portal and install report packs, please refer to KnowledgePortal_InstallGuide.pdf document which can be found with the installation media.
