You receive one or all of following warnings in the Event log in the Collaboration Service console.
Used disk space is more than XX% of overall disk capacity.
Used space: XX%.
Working directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest Software\Collaboration Services\.
Disk capacity: XXXXXMB.
Free space: XXXXXMB.
OR
The synchronization service functions in suspend mode.
OR
Disk space usage limit was exceeded.
To resolve these warnings please either free up drive space on the drive stated in the warning or obtain more drive space for the drive in the warning.
In the short term you can use the option to disable monitoring of the drive space by Collaboration Services. To disable monitoring please do the following.
1. Right Click on Collaboration Services at the top of the tree view in the console and select Properties.
2. Click on Resource Usage.
3. Select Disk Usage.
4. Uncheck Limit Disk usage.
This option should not be disabled permanently. You should always try and increase or obtain more available for Collaboration Services and then enable the Disk Usage monitoring.
