Steps to duplicate:
Create Fast Compression / SmartDiff job on a server without an Enterprise license. The SmartDiff job is created but fails when run with error "Executed as user: DOMAIN\login. LiteSpeed for SQL Server 5.1.0.1293 Copyright 2004-2009, Quest Software Inc. SmartDiff use requires a LiteSpeed enterprise license [SQLSTATE 01000] (Message 1) SmartDiff use requires a LiteSpeed enterprise license [SQLSTATE 42000] (Error 62003). The step failed."

WORKAROUND: None. Fast Compression / SmartDiff use requires a LiteSpeed enterprise license. If the server has a standard license, please contact your Sales Account Manager to upgrade.
STATUS: An enhancement request has been submitted to the LiteSpeed Development team for consideration in a future version of LiteSpeed so that SmartDIff job could not be created without the appropriate license on the server.
