Cause
Files such as .dll's being shared by both Spotlight on Oracle or SQL Server are not compatible due to previous versions installed.

Resolution
Uninstall the client Spotlight applications for both Oracle and SQL Server. From Control Panel Add/Remove Programs | Spotlight on Oracle/SQL Server.
Reinstall the Spotlight applications.
