To open a new project, select File | New Project. Stat opens a blank Project window.
To open an existing project, do one of the following:
• From a Project tab in the Support Console, double-click on a project, or select it and click Open Project.
• If a CSR is associated with a project, you can open that project by double-clicking in the Project field within
the CSR.
1. In the CSRs tab, click Lookup...
Stat opens the Search CSR Engine window.
2. In the Service Domain field, select the service domain of the CSR you want.
3. Select one of the Search By options to specify the search criteria.
4. Depending on the search criteria you selected, enter the search value in the Search Value field.
5. Select the Open CSRs Only option if you want to locate only open CSRs.
6. Click the Search button.
Stat returns a list of CSRs matching the search criteria.
7. Select the CSR you want to add and click Add.
