The 'rapinstall2-1253.sql and the 'rapinstall2.sql needs to be excecuted.
Where can I find those scripts?

Resolution
The rapinstall scripts are located in the script folder within the Sybase cartridge path.
As an example on Windows:
D:\Quest_Software\Foglight_Agent_Manager\agents\SybaseCartridge\5.5.8.28-28-20111002-1058\config\Sybase\scripts
