Before performing a seach make sure your Login in Archive Manager has a Secuity Role of either a Manager or Administrator. Both of these Security Roles have the "Search All Emails" secuirty action.
Next log into you mailbox in Archive Manager. and when you perform a search place a check mark in the "All Users" box next to the search button. Now when you perform your search this will search all emails in the Archive.
