Description

When evaluating the value of a Variable in a IF activity in a Automation Script, and that value contains the PATH of a folder, local or not, one gets this error:
If_1 - Make sure variables are additionally enclosed in single quotes if variables represent character value ('#variable#')
mismatched input 'xXxX' expecting 'xX' line X:xx

Please Note: using "\\" insted of "\" hasn't helped.
Resolution

Issue resolved in Toad Data Point 5.0.
Corrected an issue that caused an error when attempting to evaluate an expression in a variable and the expression contained the back slash (\) character (such as in a file path). This issue was encountered when attempting to compare the ROOT_PATH variable in an IF statement.
