Read process takes time fetching keys from Oracle

Resolution
Enable Primary Key supplemental logging on.Then the key values are added to the redolog record and Read process does not need to query the database to fetch the keys.
The supplemental logging for PK/UK can be turned on some heavily updated tables. This will help improve reader performance. This feature is available in versions 6.0 and above
