When the Monitoring Console or Monitoring Console Administration web pages are being opened, the following error is returned:

Description: ActiveX component can't create object -
Cause
Monitoring Console web application was installed on the 64-bit platform. This scenario is not supported for all 32-bit web applications, if the IIS is running in the 64-bit mode as well (default mode).
