When running the IIS Log File OWA gathering task the following error may be displayed - Invalid N (4213231)

When running the IIS Log File OWA gathering task the following error may be displayed : "The following error occurred during the processing of a given gathering: Invalid namespace"

1. Open Server Manger on each Client Access Server
2. Expand Roles and select Web Server (IIS)
3. Scroll down to the Role Services section and click Add Role Services
4. Under Management Tools, install IIS 6 WMI Compatibility and IIS 6 Scripting Tools
5. Once these have been added, rerun the IIS Log \ Owa gathering

1. Open Server Manger on each Client Access Server
2. Expand Roles and select Web Server (IIS)
3. Scroll down to the Role Services section and click Add Role Services
4. Under Management Tools, install IIS Management Scripts and Tools
5. Once the role have been added, rerun the IIS Log \ Owa gathering

If you are gathering against Exchange 2007 the IIS 6 WMI Compatibility Role service is still required.
