How can I export all email from all subfolders under the Inbox but not export email from the Inbox folder itself?
To accomplish this you will need to set up the following polices.
1) Create 2 Export Policies - one policy which will export everything immediately and a second policy which will export everything after 9999 days.
2) On the Mailserver level apply the Export Immediately policy at the default level.
3) On the mailbox(es) you wish to only export the subfolders under the inbox place the Export policy which has a delay of 9999 days at the Inbox level directly on the mailbox.
This will in effect Export all email from the mailbox expect for the 'Inbox' folder. All other folders and subfolders in the mailbox will be exported.
