You receive the following error during the Exchange Mailbox Content and Attachment gathering - "the client operation failed mapi_e_no_support".

This is a mapi error which is usually caused by low level corruption of the mailbox in Exchange

The mailboxes for which the error occurs please do the following.

Move the mailbox to another information store. After the move is complete you can move the mailbox back to the original information store it resided on.

Then rerun the Exchange Mailbox Content and Attachment gathering.
