You receive the following error when running a Lotus notes Mailbox Content gathering - Your Address Book does not contain any cross certificates capable of authenticating the server (opening database catalog.nsf on server) CN=SERVERNAME/O=DOMAIN"
Using the Lotus Notes client installed on the Messagestats server please do the following:
1. Open the Lotus Notes client and connect to the catalog.nsf database in the Domain in question.
2. When prompted to accept the certificate say Yes.
3. Close the Lotus Notes client.
Try and run the Lotus notes Mailbox Content gathering again. You should not receive the error again.
