Unable to book some Domino resources from Outlook due to "This name is not in a directory" (4212318)

Most of the Domino resources are being able to book properly. There are a few resources that you are not able to book from Outlook.

There is no restriction set on those resources, ResourceMapping file is properly added, the resource in Domino has InternetAddress, Global Domain Document in Domino has proper aliases for conversion.

You are seeing Invalid user logged in DominoFreeBusyService.log. When you open the Domino resource manually in  a Notes Client, you see "This name is not in a directory"

The user could see the Mail-In Database document  in the Domino Directory. Because, users were in the ACL as a Manager. But, the user couldn't see the Mail-In docs when trying to reserve these rooms.

1- Create a  new Mail-In/Resource documents

2- Copy/Paste of fields from the old document (resource)  to new document

3- Replicate

4- Type load updall names.nsf -r
