The following warning and error occurs when trying to run the Merge Objects in the Migration Manager (Notes Migrator for Exchange), or GWMIGAPP (Groupwise Migrator for Exchange) :

WARNING: [7436-1-88-00000000] Unable to merge object. Reason: 'SMTP:user.name@domain.com

14:03:10 Contact not found using '(proxyAddresses=SMTP:user.name@domain.com)'

Followed by:

ERROR: [7559-1-221-000003EF] Error:

AdFwd::_PSHEnableObject() - PowerShell Result: Specified method is not supported.

[000003EF] The requested operation cannot be performed in full-screen mode.

Two possible causes:

1) There are white spaces in an attribute (ie. display name) of the Active Directory user

2) Some user accounts may not be receiving the proper permissions from their parent OU

1) Check user account(s) for white spaces on their attributes

2) Ensure users are inheriting permissions from their parent OU

Check that the AD object experiencing the issue was not "copied" from an existing AD object. This brings over Exchange Attributes which can manifest themselves with errors similar to those seen above.
