The unattended mode for the Quest Intrust for Syslog suite setup, as well as of its components is not documented.

Resolution
For the Intrust for Syslog suite run:
'msiexec /i <path>\ITFS.2.2.0.22.msi /qn LICENSE=<path>\<license_file_name>.asc'.
For the Intrust for Syslog Service only run:
'msiexec /i <path>\ITFS.2.2.0.22.msi /qn LICENSE=<path>\<license_file_name>.asc ADDLOCAL=ITFS_PS'
For the Intrust for Syslog Manager only run:
'msiexec /i <path>\ITFS.2.2.0.22.msi /qn LICENSE=<path>\<license_file_name>.asc ADDLOCAL=ITFS_PSM'

Additional Information
Note: that this will force a reboot upon installation. If you need to postpone reboot, add the "REBOOT=ReallySuppress" parameter to the command line.
