When running the Blackberry | Users | User Activity | Message Summary report. Choosing the hourly option returns no data.
By default the data for Blackberry Usr reports is aggregated Daily. This is why the hourly option returns no data.
To aggreate the data to report on user activity hourly the following option needs to be changed in the Messagestats console.
1) Open the Messagestats gathering console.
2) Right click on Tasks and choose properties.
3) Select the Blackberry Logs tab.
4) Change the 'User data stored to the Messagestats database should be aggregated: to Hourly from Daily.
This will not effect data already stored in the Messagestats database for the Blackberry reports.
The next time the gathering runs and going forward you will be able to choose the Hourly option in the Report Packs | Blackberry | Users | User Activity | Message Summary report.
