Error: "Could not connect to the public folder hierarchy" When Expanding Exchange 2010 Public Fol (4210973)

The following error is received when expanding an Exchange 2010 public folder hierarchy node in the console tree view:

"Could not connect to the public folder hierarchy through the following Exchange Server: <DN of Exchange Server>."

1. The account you are using to connect to the Exchange Server, does not have the Send-As and Receive-As permissions to the database that hosts the Public Folder store.
2. The Exchange System Attendant account was selected during the Add Storage Wizard. The System Attendant mailbox has been removed in Exchange 2010.

On the Specify Exchange Server screen in the Add Storage Wizard, do not select Connect as Exchange System Attendant and instead select Connect as Specific Mailbox User. The mailbox selected must have appropriate permission to view the Public Folder store in Exchange 2010.
