After running a gathering in the Messagestats console and seeing the gathering has completed successfully upon browsing the reports web site there is still no data or no new data in the reports.
This may occur if the MessageStats Gatherings and MessageStats Webreports are using separate databases, or if new Message Tracking Logs are not being processed by the gatherings.
Please verify that the Messagestats console and the Messagestats Web Reports are pointed at the same SQL server and Database:
Next find the QMSReports.UDL file on the local system.
Re-launch the Messagestats Web Reports. You should now be seeing updated data.
If the Webreports console and MessageStats gatherings are using the same Database, ensure your daily gatherings are configured to gather current message tracking logs:
Wait for the gatheirng to complete and verify that report data is now up to date
