Spotlight on Messaging fails to retrieve BlackBerry performance counters from a BlackBerry Enterp (4210237)

The Spotlight Management console: BlackBerry Server Health test fails to retrieve BlackBerry performance counters from a BlackBerry Enterprise Server installed on a Windows 64 bit machine.

The Spotlgiht Diagnostic console: Some controls are grayed out in the BlackBerry Diagnostic Console when connecting to a BlackBerry Enterprise Server installed on a Windows 64 bit machine.

BlackBerry Enterprise Server for Microsoft Exchange does not currently support performance counters on Windows Server (64bit). For more details, check the Release Notes at:
