"Errno60 Operation timed out" is seen in the K1000 Log (Settings > Log), and agents are unable to check-in and update inventory.
Example error:

This is caused by one or more LDAP Labels that are inefficient or unable to be processed due to invalid LDAP configuration (such as credentials, server address, port, base dn, query, etc) or a very large data set being returned via LDAP.
Go to Home | Label Management | locate the LDAP Label which is causing Errors either by Disabling or Deleting this label.
Once Disabled or Deleted, go to Settings | Log | K1000 Log to verify if the Errors are no longer listed.
Locating the offending label can be difficult based on the total number of LDAP labels enabled on the appliance. The error in the log does not indicate which label is causing the issue, so trial and error must be used (e.g. testing each LDAP label until the offending label(s) is/are found).
A future release will include more verbose logging to make identification of problematic LDAP labels much easier. In the mean time, please contact KACE Support if you require assistance with this issue.
