Why is there discrepancies with messages being READ in Notes but UNREAD in Outlook?
This may be due to Migrator not having the correct permissions to access the table.
The unread status may not come over from a replica copy, as the Notes Unread table is in a different location..
Migrator for Notes to Exchange gets the Read/Unread status information by accessing the Unread Notes Table (NSFDbGetUnreadNote Table).
As far as specific permissions required for accessing the "unread note table", we recommend Manager.
