Remote Registration process for LiteSpeed License Key does not display SQL Servers
Description

During Remote Registration process, when attempting to apply a .csv file with license registration info, the wizard does not allow you to choose a SQL Server Instance.

WORKAROUND:
Using License keys from .csv file, register each remote server manually.
