There could be several databases in the source environment. Locate Notes Datastore process completed and scanned the file system directories successfully.
Domino console logs reported the following error:

The tool uses the Notes API of the Notes Client running on the NME server. Once a process perform against the Domino Server, the tool will open the Notes Client in the background
