After several time working, RMAD console shows the error : "The product license is not installed".
Possible causes :
- Network outage ( if the license is storage in a net path )
- License file changed to another path.
Install the license again :
- Open Recovery Manager for AD
- Right click on "Recovery Manager for Active Directory"
- Select "About"
- Go License tab
- Click on "Install license"
- Select the license from your computer and click OK
- You will receive a pop-up with the result of the license import.
