Trying to access the MySQL APM results in an NVBU Information popup which displays "No Error".
The incorrect build of MySQL plug-in is installed on the client - 32bit on a 64bit platform or vise versa.
Download and install the correct build of MySQL plug-in on the client.
32bit platforms require the 32bit build of the plug-in. 64bit platforms require the 64bit build of the plug-in.
If running hybrid version install the x86 Mysql plugin
