Description: Cannot add/find tape drive attached to NDMP filer.
In some cases, when the NDMP attached tape drive/library cannot be seen by NetVault, it is due to NDMP process becoming hung.
Use the following NDMP commands to check status, and kill hung processes.
ndmpd status (or ndmp status) - shows running NDMP processes
ndmpd killall (or nmdp killall) - kills all NDMP processes
ndmpd start (or ndmp start) - starts NDMP
After this is accomplished, user should be able to see tape drive/library.
