vRanger 5.2.1 install - can't connect to service. (4047861)

After an install of vRanger 5.2.1, you get the message can't connect to service.

There are many possible reasons for this, but this simple fix can work in some circumstances.

Use the following steps to resolve. Turn off UAC,

1. Turn off MS forefront, or any other AV software.
2. Make sure the service account you are using is part of the local admin group.
3. Stop the vRanger services if any of them were able to start.
4. Set the services login to local system account.
5. Start all 3 services services. See if vRanger will start now. You will most likely get the same error.
6. Stop all 3 services
7. Re-enter the domain service account.
8. Start the services.
9. Start vRanger - It should connect to the services now and the program will run.
